• Do not upload abusive, offensive, misleading, plagiarized, or illegal content.
• Uploads must not contain malicious scripts, harmful code, or deceptive behavior.
• Only high-quality Lua scripts with genuine functionality are permitted.
• The "Script" tab is exclusively for executable Lua scripts. Other content—such as advertisements, offsite links, or unrelated materials—is not allowed.
• Scripts uploaded behind a paywall must be clearly marked as “Paid” using the provided upload panel. This feature is reserved for verified creators only.
• Failure to accurately label paid content may lead to removal of the script and potential account suspension.
• A disclaimer must be included in the script description disclosing any data collected by the script, such as IP addresses, device identifiers, or usernames. This must be clearly visible prior to user access or purchase.
• Uploading or sharing leaked, cracked, or stolen content is strictly forbidden. Violators may face account termination and legal consequences.
• Deleted content cannot be restored. Make sure your uploads comply with these guidelines.

3. User Conduct

All users must behave respectfully and legally while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, racism, doxxing, threats, or any targeted abuse.
• Attempts to harm the platform (e.g., DDoS attacks, automated bots, or exploiting vulnerabilities).
• Spamming, bypassing character restrictions, or flooding comments.
• Posting unauthorized advertisements or prohibited links outside of allowed areas (e.g., post descriptions).

4. Markdown and Formatting

Markdown features may be used for formatting purposes but must not include:

• Explicit or adult content.
• Graphic, malicious, or deceptive material.
• Offsite links that violate these terms or lead to NSFW or illegal content.

5. Account Security and Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized or not.
• If you suspect any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

• All scripts and content you upload remain your intellectual property; however, by uploading them to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
• You may not upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove infringing content and suspend repeat offenders.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We provide our platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We make no guarantees regarding the availability, performance, or security of the platform.
• We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or data breach arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.
• Users are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of uploaded scripts or third-party content.

8. Dispute Resolution and Waiver of Legal Claims

By using our platform, you agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods chosen by us.

• You waive your right to file lawsuits or pursue legal claims in court against our platform, its operators, or affiliates. This includes—but is not limited to—claims related to:
• Content removal
• Account actions (e.g., suspension, termination)
• Data usage or collection
• Platform functionality
• Failure to agree to this provision may result in the termination of your account.

9. Enforcement and Penalties

Violation of any part of these Terms may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary or permanent account bans
• Loss of verified status
• Legal action, if applicable

We reserve the right to enforce these terms at our sole discretion.

10. Modifications to the Terms
